El Paso-Based Boost Human Closes Seed Funding Round

EL PASO, Texas, September 25th, 2019 — Boost Human, LLC, a privately held enterprise software development company enabling the development of next-gen telecommunications, virtual training systems, intelligent agents, and augmented reality smart guides today announced it has closed a seed round from private investors. The funding was completed based on two years of technology development, supported in part through enterprise contracts and collaboration with universities.

Boost Human is a resident company at The Hub of Human Innovation, an organization which supports the growth of startups in El Paso, Texas. The investment proceeds will be used to further Boost Human’s talent acquisition, scale-up software-as-a-service (SaaS) capabilities, and facilitate strategic collaborations and partnerships with enterprise, government, and educational institutions to accelerate the development of new software products.

“Boost Human is thrilled to expand its operations and software offerings,” said Boost Human Chief Technology Officer Ivan Gris, Ph.D. “The seed round is helping us create large-scale software solutions and custom projects that were previously difficult to integrate into our scale-up strategy. We are pushing the boundaries of mixed reality and artificial intelligence beyond a novelty factor and translating it into revenue, cost-savings, improved safety, and human-friendly systems that help employees at all levels.”

The company employs six senior engineers with backgrounds in computer science, industrial engineering, software engineering, and electrical engineering, most with graduate degrees from UT. El Paso. Boost Human has also created opportunities for more than six interns, several of them pursuing graduate degrees locally or internationally. The investment will help Boost Human expand their research division and create more local career opportunities for developers.
