This May we had a blast sharing our lab with the members of RISE for their “What’s on Tap” evening. A short talk and dozens of demonstrations took place at The Hub of Human Innovation, where we discussed emerging technologies and our latest applications.
As an extension of United Way of El Paso County, RISE focuses on giving Millennials (ages 21-30) a unique way to connect to the community through immersive, hands-on volunteer projects that are followed by fun-filled happy hours and hangouts.
RISE empowers its members to give back in the areas of early education, healthy living and child hunger through volunteering and friendship building.
